i go to advanced search, search for a program i want to delete all references to.
its not any possibility to delete there.
where can i delete all occurrences recorded of a spesific application running?

This is on our todo list. You can't, for now you can do this only on the today screen, so for each day.

Look in Advanced search. Type your rule, then you can make a selection, right click, Delete selected or click on Delete All button at the bottom...
