I've created a tag called 'non-admin', however, my colleague has entered a tag called 'Non-admin' - only the case is different. As a result of this, they are shown on the timesheet (accessing both from the server) as two different tags. However, when I change the case on one of them, it doesn't seem to change the case (changing from non-admin to Non-admin is still shown as non-admin). How do I rectify this?

Looks like two bugs. I added both to our todo list.
We will fix it so you will be able to rename just casing and also that timesheet will not be case sensitive.

For now I suggest you rename to something else, then back to lower case. For example
'non-admin' -> 'non-admin1' -> 'Non-admin'

I tried that as well, but it didn't change it. Any other suggestions or workarounds? Typically, how long does it take for you to make fixes like this?

It should work, but you have to do it in Tag editor.

On the left side of tag timeline, there is an arrow pointing down. Click it, then click on Tag editor.
Go to Tags tab, search for your tag. Select it, click Rename button, rename to 'non-admin1', then one more time to 'Non-Admin'.

Sorry, but that doesn't work either. I can work around it manually unless you can think of any other way.

I tried this and it should work. Are you sure you are using Tag editor?

Can you rename 'non-admin' to for example 'example tag'?

Definately am using Tag editor. I have since then been able to get it to work since your last note and I was trying to reproduce it, and can't! Honestly, it really wasn't working previously. The only thing I could think of, my original approach was using Tag editor to rename Non-Admin to
Non-admin2 and then back to Non-admin. This scenario didn't seem to work for me yesterday.

However, today I accidently deleted part of Non-admin and then it worked. So basically I went from Non-Admin to Non- to Non-admin and it worked.

Can't figure it, but I finally have it fixed.

Thanks for your help.
