Hi,

I am trying out the updated version 1.4, but seems the statistics feature does not work correctly.

It showed me the double time in the statistic item when I checked the statistics page. When I installed it on my another laptop, the problem remained and it turned to the triple time.

I do not think it is my computer's issue because I was using Manic Time in version 1.3.2 and there are not any problem.

Help with any of this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Could you post some screenshots of the day and also matching statistics?

Could you also send me screenshots of Edit statistics of Adobe statistics, Chrome and Game. For example in Chrome statistics is it only Chrome that is checked?

Could you also try clicking Reset stats button in Settings->General. Are stats the same after you do that?

If you don't like to post screenshots on the forum you can also send them to support@manictime.com

Yes, I have already checked the edit statistics, in Chrome statistics is only Chrome that is checked.

I have been also cleared the stats cache, there are the same issue after I did that.

For screenshots which you want, because I just come back with the version 1.3.2, I do not think it is helpful if I still send you those definitions again.

Anyway, thanks for your response.

I'd really like to know if this is a bug or not, so please contact us (I also sent you an email). From the information you posted so far it is impossible to tell what could be the problem.

Got it, thanks, helped a lot.

When DayDuration statistics is removed from the Statistics page, all stats from then on will show double values.
So for now the solution is to go to Statistics, click on + (add statistics) and add it back on. From then on all values should be correct.

http://www.manictime.com/Support/Help/v13/18/day-duration-chart

It will be fixed in the next version (v1.4.6), within a day or two.
