I'd say the problem is with ngen, described here http://connect.microsoft...end-4-crashes-on-startupAre you using a preview version of win8? Try to: 1. Uninstall ManicTime 2. Install .Net 4.5 http://www.microsoft.com...ad/details.aspx?id=306533. Install MT again Does this help?
