Dear sirs

I use the free version of your program.

The logging of the activity works perfekt but only as long I dont open the ManicTime window.
The "logging" (not the ManicTime window) hangs short after opening the ManicTime window (very rare it work, most it hangs after a time-periode of immidiatelly to 5min)

I sent the error discription often. Nothing happens
I tested this already on 3 different PC with different versions of the program (because I need to change it 3 times last year) - always the same.
The system is always:
winXP SR3
Office 2000

Thank you

Mg

The same error you get is described here. Maybe you can try the hotfix
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/904423

As I understand it you installed windows 3 times. Was this a fresh install or from some image?

Is this for winXP SP3?
In a lot of forums they said this error should be fixed with SP3. (I have no idea and always a little bit fear to install stuff like this). Maybe I will install it over the weekend.

Yes it was always a fresh installation. The last installation I dont make by myself. It was always a different XP version but always a SP2 with update to SP3.

Thank you for your help

We can try to install the same version and try it.
So WinXP SP2, is it a German edition?
