I started using Manictime yesterday. It seems very handful. But I got a problem now. It stops tracking 5 minutes after I start the it. Now I have a box on the top right saying tracking disabled, but on the left down, the status is red, with a saying Application tracker is running when I put my mouse on it.

How can I deal with this?

It looks like there might be some incompatibility issues with 115 box software.
If you are using 115box, try running MT while 115box is not running.

If you are not running 115box, could you please send me your log files, Help -> Pack logs

115 it is. this software is really stupid. Not only Manictime, but it also has problems with some of my other programs. I uninstalled it and now everything's fine. Thanks for your help.

~~ similar problem here ~~

Good evening/afternoon!

Since about one or two weeks and with rising frequency, MT stops tracking. (I just changed to Englisch, the German translation transmit something entirely different). Error message by red dot rollover is the same as described above.

However, I do not have Box115 running, or at least not that I know of. (I don't even know what it is, period.).

Would be great if there were a fix, MT has been great in lowering my procrastination time, or at least forcing me to apply it into something I can book under an at least somehow useful tag ;)

Best Regards,
Kerstin
