when i added tag to past day i noticed the statistic chart of tags didn't change , even if i refresh it ... whats the problem is that means i can't add tags when day pass for example to the day befor yesterday...

This should work. Could you make sure you have the latest version (v1.3.1.1) download if you don't. If there is still a problem send me some pictures of the bug so I can see what is going on.
