ManicTime would love to have such a feature. Let's say we would like an alert to popup if an application is used more than an hour and then each additional 30 minutes another alert will popup. Agreed, we wanted to do something like this a couple of times already, but technically it is quite a complex feature and we just never find enough time. I hope we get to it soon.
