Hello, i am a graphic designer and i am using this software for about 2 years and it's a great tool that helps me observe my working habits. I had just 2 minor problems with him during time, but from about a week ago it started to have some issues.
The program loads in tray when windows (7) starts and it looks like running. When i right click it it shows the option (open, go off the record, etc...), but when i try to open the program to see the graphs and statics after 1-2 seconds with the splash screen that says loading nothing happens. So it looks like running but when i try to open it besides the loading splash screen nothing happens. I did a little search and read a post about .net framework. I now have installed .net 4, i have repaired it, uninstalled it, re-installed it but the non-functioning issue continues to stay.
LE: I forgot to mention that i have also re-installed the program but this didn't change anything either.
Could you help me with an advice?
