Hi,
How can I check time duration of a few apps in the same time for ex. working program in background ( for ex. rendering program) and surfing in the internet in the same time ? Is it possible ? And is it possible to check what has happened in these apps ?

No. ManicTime only track active app, not all the apps that are running on the machine. Sorry.
