I am trying to transfer program usage from my laptop to my main PC, can connect to the server if it runs on either computer, but not from one to the other. I don't even care for ease of use, I just want a way to transport the data and import it neatly into the program. Maybe by copying the database?

Also, it would be tremendously helpful to me if the hour fields automatically filled in the separators (as in, I type 123456 and its recognized as 12:34:56). I know that is a suggestion and not a tech support problem, but here it is anyhow =)

em Finkit.ManicTime.Client.Main.Views.ViewModel.<>c__DisplayClasse.<InvokeBackground>b__c()

O tempo limite da operação foi atingido = The operation has timed-out.

Go to Tools and settings -> Backup on your laptop.

Then on your main PC find database folder and copy the file there.

Database folder is created after you run MT for the first time. So I suggest you run MT on your PC, then exit and replace the database file.

But then wouldn't I lose the stuff on the PC? I tag stuff based on both.

Sorry, I misunderstood.

Did you allow ManicTime Server through windows firewall?

Open Command prompt as Administrator and run this.

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=ManicTimeServer protocol=TCP dir=in localport=8080 action=allow

This will add a rule to Windows firewall which will let connections from outside to port 8080.

Does this help?

Apparently I didn't. It worked after that. Thanks for the attention. Can you help with the data insertion change?

Time fields you are referring to, are on the Add tag dialog or somewhere else?
