We'd buy ManicTime in a heartbeat (as would a lot of other providers) if it could integrate with ConnectWise PSA. ConnectWise has an API that can be used to return XML containing a list of time records by member (a member is a user in ConnectWise). This would allow ConnectWise members to see chunks of time that have not been accounted for in ConnectWise.
Because one must authenticate with ConnectWise, using a custom timeline is not an option (at least without writing some middleware). This is why native integration would be the best option. We'd be willing to work with the ManicTime devs on implementation and testing.

I'm not familiar with ConnectWise so it's hard to tell if integration is possible. Could you give me some more information about the system - what kind of data do you need and how does it map to ManicTime concepts like timeline, activity and group? Do you have any API documentation or XML samples I can take a look at?
