We have other data sources that we want to display in ManicTime so that we get a more complete picture of activity. In particular, our phone system produces a SQL database of calls (start time, end time, number) and we want to display that info on a timeline so that our staff can better see where their time has been spent for billing purposes. We also have access to a logs from our remote support tools.
We would like to see the ability to add a "user" or "external" timeline and import external data to it.

I don't see that this got answered. I am looking for the ability to import call records to a timeline as well. is that possible?

If I remember correctly we added Custom timeline for this user http://www.manictime.com...lient/27/custom-timelineAnd he was then able to import the call logs.
