I have no idea why this would happen. I think the only way we can figure out what is going on is if you enable tracker log and this happens again.


To enable tracker log, first close MT, then locate ManicTime.xml file:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Finkit\ManicTime\
Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ Finkit\ManicTime\

Then look for this line:
<TrackerLogEnabled>false</TrackerLogEnabled>

If you set TrackerLogEnabled to true, MT will start generating one more log, Tracker.log.
<TrackerLogEnabled>true</TrackerLogEnabled>

This logs every activity in the text file. When it happens again you can just send me a couple of entries before and after this happens.
