Hi Andrej and fellow manic timers

While you work on the auto tagging enhancement, I was wondering if it would make sense to throw in what I think could be a useful and relatively painless enhancement.

When you select a time duration to tag, normally you right click and start typing the tag value in.

Would it be easier to automatically do the right click part when an area is selected for the first time in the tags bar?

The only reason someone would select a time zone in the tag area for the first time would be if he/she wanted to tag, so why have them do an additional right click :)

Thanks

Delete comes to mind, also zoom to selection, to see how much an app was used within the selection....

Im talking about the point where the tag area is empty. (you cannot delete a tag that does not exist?)

If there is an existing tag then retain the same behavior.

I meant when you make a selection you can right click selection, then delete data by timelines, or all data in that time span (apps, documents, tags ....)

The only way we could do this is by new setting, something like 'When selection is made open tag window' (by default disabled).
