Hello,
I would like to have an ability to create tags for the tags bar (same as for applications and documents). It would be great to be possible organize tags into groups (folders) and view statistics by tag groups. It looks like button to create folder is displayed but it's disabled for a some reason.
Thank you.

We had some technical issues with folders and Tags, so we decided to disable them. Also tags themselves can be a folder.
For example I can make tags: Folder 1, Tag 1, Tag 2 Folder 1, Tag 1
Then I can easily see statistics for tag Folder 1, Tag 1 .....
What you can't see is folder structure in Summary part (bottom right). I think it would be great if we had a folder view there, so based on tags mentioned you would get
Folder 1 Tag 1 Tag 2
This one is on our todo list.

Tags as folders are great but there are some issues with using them in this way:
1. I have to manually add two tags to timeline for every activity instead of single one. 2. They are displayed into two rows and that's great, but Folder1 tag might be either in a first row or in the second row based on what tag was assigned first (Folder1 or Tag1). It isn't convenient because it becomes a mess after some time of using it.

Unless I misunderstood you are making new tags for every tag. So one tag for Folder 1, another one for Tag 1.
When you tag just write "Folder 1, Tag 1" MT will parse the text and create two tags, so in stats you will see Folder 1 and Tag 1.
Comma (,) is the delimiter.
Does this help?

Yes, but I must to write them by text then. I like to use Recent tags list in drop down menu and Add tag dialog. It really saves the time and makes tagging as convenient as possible.

If you open Add tag and write
Folder 1, Tag 1, Tag 2
The same tag will appear in recent tag list.

Yes, got it, thank you. It really works great. I'm sorry for misunderstanding. I agree, the only thing needed is to display tags as a tree in Summary part. Thanks again.
