Any plans on making a smartphone app module?

I'm often on the road or working away from the computer and - having just bought a Lumia800 - would love to hook up my off-computer time to my PC tracking...

We are looking at the android platform. At least to my knowledge Windows phone 7 doesn't have multitasking, so the most we could do is probably make a stopwatch.

I tested an available one... called TimePunch.
It does have a stopwatch that runs parallel to whatever you're doing, but only tracks your stopwatch input.

That would be enough for me - as I can then track things like non-computer activities (meetings, analog art sessions, etc.) and assign these to jobs/ sub-jobs. The key for me would be the ability to align these to my on-computer tracking for eventual billing and workflow optimization.

So... if I may vote, then: +1

I would also be interested in having a phone app. Even if its a simple stopwatch, as long as its easy to transfer the tags to the desktop application.

What you could do is track your time with a program that syncs to google calendar, and then use tag or autotag from that.

This is a good one (timerecording pro) on android.

I would be very much interest in an Android app. I would expect it could watch where you are via Google Locations (many times just knowing where you were equals knowing what you were doing - you were probably swimming in a swimming pool, working at work, shopping at a mall, travelling while moving). And it would log what you are doing on your device, when you are doing something with it.

That would be great, fill many many of the gaps.

I second, third, and fourth that emotion. An android app would be great. Timeclock functionality is fine, GPS functionality would be great as well.
