What could be the cause for that? It's definitely set in the Windows Registry as an auto start, so I can't figure out why its not doing so.

But it starts if you start it manually?

Sorry for the slow response.

Yes, it starts/runs fine so long as manually I invoke it from the Start/Programs menu. It does not start automatically as an autostart.
