After changing my system's timezone, ManicTime seems to go haywire - it begins flickering back and forth between "on the record" and "off the record." Here's a screengrab:

(Right-clicking the tray icon shows the same - the context menu goes back and forth from "Go on the record" to "Go off the record").

I was changing the timezone from UTC-8 to UTC+1.
