MT stopped recording browser URLs

Hi there!
I'm using MT Standard quite a while now and everything worked perfectly. But since a few days, since jannuary 13th to be precise, MT stopped to record the URLs from the browser (Firefox 3.6.13). On january 12th, when I select the "documents" line, all URLs display nicely on the right side under "websites". From the 13th on, this is now empty.
I wonder if this is a bug, a preference issue, a limitation from the standard version or something I can't think of right now.
Any ideas to solve this issue? It's quite needed by me to have this list, what can we do?

Is there anything on the Document timeline? Urls from other browsers, Word documents ...?
The only thing I can think of which will stop document tracking is if you disabled Settings -> Tracking -> Track window titles and documents
Did you change anything in Firefox? Maybe install some extension, change appearance? (I'm just guessing, as far as I know installing something like this doesn't break it, but who knows)

Quote:Is there anything on the Document timeline? Urls from other browsers, Word documents ...? Actually yes, those are recorded. But no URLS from the FF browser. But IE browsing is recorded. Quote:The only thing I can think of which will stop document tracking is if you disabled Settings -> Tracking -> Track window titles and documents Nope, this is active and never switched off. I know it's getting a bit thin now, but no, I haven't installed anything lately. The only "appearance changer" I have in use is personas. But I disabled it and the URLs are still not recorded. I also disabled a lot of other extensions, but none did the thing. Would it be helpful to post all extensions/plugins that are used in FF?

Lets first try the logs. Please send me files ManicTime.log and ManicTimeTracker.log, which are in folder: XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Finkit\ManicTime\Logs Vista or Windows 7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\ Finkit\ManicTime\Logs You can post them here or send them to support@manictime.com. I think there are some security issues. Looks like it doesn't have access to Firefox process. Is it possible that you are running Firefox as admin? It this is correct, then you can either run Firefox in normal mode or run MT as admin also.

Quote:I think there are some security issues. Can't imagine why this would happend so suddenly ... :/ I'm not aware that FF is running as Admin. And I don't know how to start in "normal mode" other than simply click the icon. I never had this thought. Could you tell me how to start the "normal mode"? Oh, and running MT as Admin (right-click -> run as Admin) didn't help either. Any suggestions? Never told it: Using Windows 7 64Bit

If you go to Control Panel - Programs and Features, order the list by installed date. Was there anything installed before the time it stopped working?
Maybe also try running some malware detection tool (this is just an idea)
I'll try to think of something else which would help.

Quote:If you go to Control Panel - Programs and Features, order the list by installed date. Was there anything installed before the time it stopped working? Well, on January 12th (the day it last worked) I had installed Quicktime, Apple Application Support (was the Apple Update I guess), Java 6 Update 23 and Adobe Shockwave Player 11.5. On January 14th I installed MT 1.4.9 because I forst noticed the non recording of websites and the new update of MT. Could this be a hint?
