I have a mix of Tags and Autotags.

Only 1 Autotag is taken into account in my Timesheet.

Any idea why?

Thanks

No idea. How about if you only include Autotags, is it correct then?

This one will be hard to figure out. The only way I can think of is if you would be willing to send me your database?
If you can, Go to Tools -> Backup and send the file to support@manictime.com

And please include time range and where are you seeing problems.

Same problem when I select only Autotags

I will send you my database. The time range was only 1 day (I am evaluating ManicTime)

This is a bug.
Timesheet caches timelines data, so if user creates a timesheet, then modifies the rules and runs timesheet again, those new rules are not counted. If the app is restarted it works again.

Workaround:
Click on Refresh link above the timelines list in Timesheet. This will refresh timelines data.

Bug will be fixed from v2.3.3 on.
