Windows 7 gadget messes with the Away time logging

Hi,
I have ManicTime installed on a Windows 7 laptop.
I also have a windows gadget Installed which is "always on top".
Problem - The time that I am away from the laptop is not recorded as "Away", but, it is recorded as if I was using the gadget.
Is there any way I can disable tracking of certain programs?
(I am using the free version of ManicTime v2.2.3)

Is this something I can try? If so, could you tell me where I can find it?
Currently there is no way to disable some apps from tracking.
