I have looked through the help but can't find a list of keyboard shortcuts.
Are there any and if so whre can I get a list.

The only shortcut for now is Alt-t to open Add tad window.
Which shortcuts would you like to see?
P.S. Alt-t shortcut has a bug in current version. Today view must have focus for it to work, we will fix this in the next update.
