I have a meeting in outlook with the "Subject" of "FW: Coordinated Load Test in UAT - FX Cash Platform", and "location" of "Your Desk....To Occur Every Thursday for the Next 3 Weeks"

however it is matching an AutoTag rule that is searching for the keyword "AFX". It turns out this is actually buried deep in the body of the meeting.

I think the "title" for an outlook calendar item should not contain the body, but just the subject (and possibly the location, but that I don't care so much about).

If you click on this outlook item and look at it at the bottom left part, does it contain keyword AFX?
I'll take a look tomorrow, but I doubt we extract body, so is it possible something else is going on?

'AFX' only appears in the body, not the subject or location

When I "copy" the entry, via ManicTime, to a spreadsheet, it creates 5 cells across
1) the subject + location
2) start
3) end
4) duration
5) body

my rule says:

on timeline:Outlook calendar
find group which contains:
where Title contains:AFX
