Now that I see it, I think I've had this error before when trying to look up old notes with a filter. The app throws an error. The Error dialog also seems to fail - the "sending" spinner was active before I got a chance to fill out the comment, no details are populated, and the spinner never stops. davidem attached the following image(s):  failed error report for Old Notes retrieval error.jpg (189kb) downloaded 5 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. I tried applying this patch file in place of the one that comes with 2.1.2, but I get the same behavior as when I tried applying another patch of the same file to v2.1.1: The client never completes startup, and the process just exits. I see it appear in the process list, and then just go away after showing the splash screen.
