what can I do with shared timelines?

I've got a manictime server set up and a few users using it. What can I now do with this data? Can I share all my timelines with my Administrator account and build reports?
I'm just doing a test run to see which applications are being used for what amount of time and determining if I really need to keep some of these programs around.

First about permissions.
Admin sees everything, so no need to share to Admin.
You only need to share to other users, who use the server.
Share timelines are like a partial share. Lets say I have these tags
Work, Project 1
Personal, Project 2
The idea is that you can share only Work tags to somebody and not share Personal tags. Within a company I don't think its useful. It is useful if for example you work for multiple companies. You can then share tags specific to some company to that company.
There are currently no reports. We are working on it, I think we should have something in about a month.
