Can this super sw track activities of users logged on one computer? Typically on home PC - I, my mom, daddy, children, dog :-)?

Unfortunately you can't. You could run ManicTime under every user separately and then load databases for every user, but it is not an elegant solution.
ManicTime can't track activities for different users since at least for now it just tracks usage but not the user logged in. So you could see all the usage, but you wouldn't know who was using the computer at the time.
