We have several people using manic time in our company. I would like to have a master list of tags that all users pull from. Does this functionality exist? Can it be implemented?

It doesn't yet. It will be the main focus for v2.3. Current version is v2.1, we are just finishing v2.2, as soon as it is out we will focus on this one.

I also think it's a must.
